At ChaTech, we’re more than just a network; we’re a vibrant community of tech enthusiasts, innovators, and leaders across 16 counties. To strengthen our mission and enhance our impact, we invite you to get involved with our various committees. Whether you're passionate about driving new initiatives or supporting established programs, there’s a place for you to contribute and grow.

ChaTech Committees

  • Organizational Development Committee (Meet bi-monthly):
  • Fundraising: Explore new revenue opportunities through grants and initiatives.
  • Strategic Alignment: Ensure our events and programs align with the needs of our community and stakeholders.
  • Membership Strategies: Create and implement strategies to attract and retain members.
  • Partnerships: Promote collaborations with businesses, educational institutions, and other organizations.


  • Events & Programs Committee (Meet bi-monthly):
  • Planning: Curate content, find speakers, manage event logistics, and seek sponsorships.
  • Events: Organize and execute events like Chattanooga Data Professionals, Digital Marketing Meetup, Tech Talks, and Tech Connects.


  • ChaTech Women Committee (Meet monthly): Dedicated to inspiring and supporting women and girls in tech, fostering connections, and advancing careers. Learn more.


  • STEM for Her Committee (Meet regularly from August to March): An interactive event under ChaTech Women, aimed at engaging 6th to 12th grade female students with hands-on STEM experiences. Learn more.


  • Scenic City Summit Committee (Meet regularly from November to June): The premier event for exploring cutting-edge techniques and best practices in software development and IT. Learn more.


  • TechX Awards Committee (Meets regularly from March to September): Celebrates the achievements of tech professionals across all specialties, highlighting innovation and excellence in the tech community. Learn more.
