Through hands-on activities, career exploration, and mentorship from industry professionals, students will build confidence, uncover their potential, and explore exciting opportunities in STEM!

Women make up

of Chattanooga’s population, yet in key STEM fields like IT and engineering, female representation is disproportionately low.
For example, only
23.9%
of Chattanooga's IT workforce is female.
This program aims to bridge the gap by equipping the next generation of female leaders with the tools, guidance, and real-world experiences they need to explore and excel in STEM fields.
